Due to an unfortunate event (camera was accidentally lost in Kunming airport), we lost all the pictures we took in Beijing for kids including trips to forbidden city, summer palace, great wall, Beihai and Jingshan Park. But fortunately, Grandpa Li had his ipad with him and snapped some shots of kids in summer palace and Beihai park. Aiden had some interesting conversation with Mommy during the trip to Forbidden city.
Aiden: who lives in this place?
Mommy: emperor
Aiden: where is emperor?
Mommy: pass away
Aiden: why?
Mommy: this was a long time ago
Then we saw some people wearing emperor clothing taking photos and mommy pointed to Aiden said "that was how emperor was dressed".
Aiden: you said he is gone
Mommy: yes, that one was not real
Aiden watched a little bit and said "yes, he is real and he is moving"
