Madagascar

After swimming class we took kids to Wendy for a quick dinner. Each kid got a head band from the character in the cartoon.

Lawrence Inlow Park

Daddy found a small park on east side of Carmel. It has 9-holes frisbee golf course, small playground and nice water park. Daddy and Aiden finished the course and Mia played on the playground . Then kids jumped into the waterpark to get cool down. Nice discovery, Dad!

Mia's First Gymnastics Class

Mia likes to jump, climb and we figure she might like gymnastics class. We signed her up and she had her first try this Thursday. She couldn't wait to get started after she saw the facility. Once she started she listened well and did everything. She did a whole obstacle course including jumping on the bouncing lane, somersault on the ramp and walking on balance beams. Then she did second course with single bar, uneven bar and ring. The last course was balance beams with different height. The 50-minute session seemed o fly by. After the session, she asked Mommy whether we could come back tommorrow. Next day she told mommy gym is her favorite.

Here I Come First Grade

Aiden is an official first grader. After a full summer fun, Aiden goes back to school to be first grader. He was petty excited to get on school bus and Mia was happy to watch Aiden get on the bus.

Weekend Soccer Team

The local Chinese newspaper wants to report the soccer activities organized by Chinese family. The kids in both groups posed for nice pictures.

Mia's New Swimsuit

Mia got a new speedo swimming suit and it fits more snugly than the decorative swimming wear. She really likes the new suit and posed for some pictures for Mommy before her swimming class.

Mia's Activities at Daycare

Mommy made a collage using Mia's pictures taken at school. It shows Mia's daily activities and we have been really enjoying these pictures daily.

Indiana State Fair

We have been to the annual state fair for a few years. This year we did again and kids enjoyed the rides more especially Mia. They also like the farm experience where they started an empty bucket then filled it with corn, soybeans, picked up eggs from chicken coop, picked up the hay to feed to horse, fed the pig with corn, dropped soybeans for the tractor with biofuel, planted seeds then picked up apple, tomato and pepper. At the end of journey, they sold their product in the market and took their prize - a cartoon of milk. Mia did pony rides again!
