New Year Eve at Children's Museum

Indy children's museum has count down at noon on New Year Eve by the water clock. We all went to see the count down and Aiden was busy with picking up the confetti after the count down. Aiden also did some neat art work (giraffe) with crayon and made really cool tree house with some help from Daddy. And kids got special treat on new year eve night by staying up late and watch cartoons. Happy New Year!

Warmer Day in Holiday Park

We had one day that reached 50s before new year. Kids really needed to get outside and burn off some energy. We went to the holiday park and not surprised that everybody wanted to get out as the park was busy. Aiden was running all over the places and climbing like monkey that was stuck in the cage for a long time. Mia wanted to try out everything Aiden does. She climbed almost all the way to the top of dinosaur bone and also the steps going up to the slide despite Aiden kept telling her she was too little.

Early Christmas Presents

Uncle Jason, aunt Kim, cousin Grant and Audrey came to our house the weekend before Christmas and kids got some cool early Christmas gifts. Aiden got angry bird body pillow and BIG fleece angry bird blanket. Mia got a crib with a baby. She is still not into baby thing yet as she still likes to copy Aiden and plays whatever he plays. But she did try to feed he baby and put powder on baby's bottom.

Fun Time at Soccer Sidelines

We got to the soccer quite early on Saturday and the field wasn't quite ready yet. Kids had some fun with "wrestling" each other.

Christmas Light at Zoo

The weather got quite warm at one night before Christmas and temperature went up to 50s. We took kids to Indy zoo for Christmas lights. We watched the dolphins under the water while they were performing which was very neat. Aiden also decorated tree shaped cookies and shared with Mia.

Snow, Snow, Snow

We have winter snow storm watch since Friday evening and snow started coming down around 7:00pm on Friday and hasn't shown any sign of stopping on Saturday afternoon. While Mia took a nap, Mommy and Aiden went to front yard make a snowman and Aiden loved to make snow angel.

Little Kickers

We signed Mia for the little kicker soccer program this winter since she had shown interest in the field in Fall while Aiden was playing. Her first class last weekend went well. She liked some activities and did well with them.

Aiden has been doing quite a few holiday crafts at school. He brought a reindeer project home and tried it on. He was a very cute "reindeer".

Relax in Toy Bin

After tossing every single toy out of the toy bin, Mia spent some relaxing time in the toy bin. She looked quite comfortable in it.

I Got White Beard

Both kids love bubble bath and the fun part is to put bubbles on hair or chin to make them look funny.

After a good day with Mia at museum, Aiden is back to museum and spend some special time just with Mommy. The museum is just as busy as yesterday. And it is snowing outside.

Fun Time with Mommy at Museum - Mia

Mommy is taking some time off from work and taking each kid to children's museum to enjoy playing. Mia really liked to spend some time with Mommy in museum. Usually she only gets to stay in the spots she likes shortly as Aiden moves on to next spot. This time mommy follows her pace and let's her play as long as she likes.

Mia is TWO!!

We had a small party (just four of us) for Mia on Saturday. She turned two on Nov 21st which was Thursday. Her little b-day theme was Disney princess as we just got back from Disney. She certainly liked her princess cake. She got a little people princess castle and ABC learning toy. She was very thrilled with the princess toy so did Aiden. They loved to watch two little princesses come down the ramp on the horse. (Later on, it became Aiden's car racing ramp). Aiden also got a Trouble game for home he enjoys to play at school. Happy 2nd B-day sweetie!!

Horse Riding

Meijer superstore has a nice horse riding for a penny at check out and this usually keeps kids occupied while either Mommy or Daddy is doing check out. Today kids ride together and they look so cute together.
